After much deliberation I decided to go for a £100
Forbidden Planet / Eaglemoss/ Diamond Select prize.
Not the easiest of prizes to sort but here's how it will work, the winner will have the choice of either :
--Receiving a £100 FP voucher, redeemable for goods in store (not available for Internet sales).
--Purchasing themselves goods to the value of £100 and I will then make payment to the winner on receipt of proof of purchase.
--Send me a list of the items they want which I can then pay for directly (to the value of £100) and these will be sent directly to the winner
There are only 49 tickets available.
at a cost of only £3.50 per ticket
To keep this as open to scrutiny as possible the winning ticket will be the one that matches the

Ticket sales will cease at
16:00 SATURDAY 18th October 2008
(Note Draw date subject to rule 14 )
and the WINNER will be confirmed as soon as possible after the draw.
PLEASE READ THE RULES
RULES:
1. Competition is open to SuperHeroFigurineForum Members Only regardless of location (YES, even overseas members can enter). The prize equivalent in non-sterling countries will be based on the Bank of England exchange rate for that currency at cease trading on the Friday prior to the draw and an equivalent to £100 prize allocated in the winners currency.
2. Competition is open to persons aged 18years and over.
3. The prize, as stated above, will be either sent to the winning ticket holder as soon as possible after the draw date, or at such time as the prize choice is confirmed.
4. Cost of postage will be at my expense.
5. I will not be responsible for import taxes for overseas winners.
6. In the unlikely event that a winner is not selected (ie the Bonus Ball does not relate to a sold ticket) then the draw will roll-on to the following saturday National Lottery Draw, purchased tickets will be automatically re-entered, unsold tickets will be available for purchase. If after this second draw no winner is chosen then the draw will end.
7. Payment must be via PAYPAL (cheques accepted by prior agreement only).
8. Once all 49 tickets have been sold then further sales will cease.
9. I will endeavour to give the ticket holder their chosen number or numbers. However, it will be a first come first served basis and I reserve the right to allocate duplicated numbers randomly as necessary.
10. By purchasing a ticket or tickets you agree to abide by the rules.
11. You agree that I can display your FORUM name next to the TICKET NUMBERS you have purchased.
12. Tickets are limited to a maximum of 3 per person until 15 October 2008. After that date then there will be no restriction on the number of tickets an individual may wish to purchase.

14. The draw date for this will be 18 October 2008 only if 30 tickets or more have been sold at 16:00 on that date. If less than 30 tickets are sold, the draw will be postponed to the next Saturday draw immediately following the sale of the 30th ticket.
